Tahoma Trails Association Trail head. Gifford Pinchot National Forest is our backyard, and the Nisqually River and Alder Lake are our swimming and fishing holes! We love families, and romantic couples! Many of our properties are pet friendly, with expanded pet play areas. Pet-sitting service is available. Planning a special occasion getaway? A little history on Mt. Rainier National Park

Mount Rainier National Park is a United States National Park located in southeast Pierce County and northeast Lewis County of Washington state. The park was established on March 2, 1899 and is one of the US's earliest National Parks. It became the fifth national park in the United States.

Mount Rainier is circled by the Wonderland Trail and is covered by several glaciers and snowfields totaling some 35 square miles. About 1.3 million people visit Mount Rainier National Park each year.
